The original City Birth Trauma Scale was developed to assess traumatic birth and childbirth-related PTSD in women who have given birth. The scale can be downloaded below as a standard pdf or as a fillable pdf. A short form has since been developed for use as a brief screening tool. This is being validated and will be available to download from December 2024.
