The City Birth Trauma Scale was adapted to assess traumatic stress and PTSD in maternity staff. It provides information on birth-related symptoms and general symptoms. The general symptoms subscale can be further divided into (i) hyperarousal and (ii) anhedonia & detachment symptoms. The scale can be downloaded below as a standard or fillable form.
